Create a sample fixture so users can install app, load fixture and instantly see how the app works without having to enter URL and running tests.

Got a nice fixture setup. Need to discuss if we want to include it here with github LFS, or link to a separate repo with it: https://github.com/ecumike/page-lab-sampledata Not sure what the norm is with large data sets (it's 160+MB)... if you put them in the original repo or make a separate one so people can optionally download it if they want.

Leaving it in separate repo for now.
