Added some icons similar to what links used to look like.
Updated readme with design items we're using.
Added tooltip descriptors for each KPI item on URL detail page.
Misc cleanup and refactoring for found patterns.
I dunno why all these other commits show in here. They are already on master and they aren't in 'changed files' list for this PR.
Need to figure out how to update my fork with real master and not have old commits since before that update show up. I'm sure it's something I'm not doing right.
