When I set the default font of firefox to this, the "Read more" button appears in all comments on YouTube (maybe it is only in CJK languages?) #406

I am using IBM Plex Sans JP and Firefox 92.0.1 (x64) on Windows 10. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrSPuSHxB1c (a Japanese video) Related site: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/om01qy/youtube_commentswhich_are_korean_comments_always/ (a Korean user)
