Opening this issue to highlight how we've discovered the package binary is now too large to be included in Git. I've provided some options to fix in https://github.com/IBM/plex/discussions/452

Excerpt of the error:

this exceeds GitHub's file size limit of 100.00 MB. Large files detected. You may want to try Git Large File Storage - https://git-lfs.github.com
