Please elaborate on your post before we can take a look into this.
What is wrong in your opinion? What would be right? Under what conditions (OS / application) does this occur? What version of the font are you using? Did you try alternative solutions?

Version is IBMPlexSansArabic-Regular.ttf
Version 1.004
Is this a hypothetical character combination? Or are there words that actually use this? What does your input string look like? What environment do you use the font in?
Again: please elaborate as much as possible.
The characters are U+0632

It happens when I use the font on web pages through my Google Chrome browser.

Will be fixed in an upcoming update.
