IBM Plex Sans TC doesn't show all the glyphs in Windows Character Map (v6.4.0) #564

Current OS used

Edition: Windows 10 Pro Version: 22H2 OS build: 19045.3930

There is an update in the works with Plex TC. I will pass along this issue to Sandoll.

We found out that the list of "cmap_format_4" is missing in the font table. This issue will be fixed in the next update.
