Rewards calculation for Baseline #60

Dear all,

I have read the paper and need some clarifications. In the paper, it has mentioned that the reward has been calculated for baseline also. can I know how the rewards have been calculated for the baseline model? I thought the baseline model is the one built by Energyplus simulation. Could you please clarify?
