Current Dockerfile contains several anti-patterns:

many RUN instructions, resulting in as many layers
cleanup done at the end is useless since installed binaries remain in layers constructed with prior instructions
git repository is cloned while a simple copy from local file system would be enough

Optimising Dockerfile will lead to faster build and slimmer image.
