Split up k8s deployment #100

This commit splits up the deployment information so that we can target what we want to deploy using the Makefile. This moves the kube-lego deployment information into a new file. The readme has also been updated with a few new commands added to Make.

I was able to test out the commands on a dev cluster to verify that they work, so this update has been tested.
