Region based service URL feature not there in PostureManagementv2 service #91

Describe the bug PostureManagementv2 service is unable to pick endpoint on the basis of environment set by the user.

To Reproduce Set region as eu-de which is non-default, and observe the endpoint being hit by the service.

Expected behavior It must have picked the eu-de based endpoint in the above case.
