Create dashboard that shows IoT metrics / stats

The initial work for iot and analytics is going under work after constant changes on blockchain blocks (naming, json output size, rest api) and other modifications. I moved the app to the dev advocate bluemix env and applied the changes needed to let iot process the received blocks from blockchain. The iot is behaving as expected. I might do some minor updates. But I will send a pull request with the latter changes included.

Thank you @hovig - I will try to pull out your code and turn this into a pattern this an turn this into a pattern. I will need you to review early next week as we want this done before Think.
