Include RHCOS 4.13 5.x kernel for ptx testing #4

Starting 4.13 in RHCOS, the kernel is updated to RHEL9 i.e. 5.x version. Currently for portworx we are monitoring RHEL8 kernel for updates and going forward we need to monitor RHEL9 kernel also.
