I think most of the projects would be do-able in Python in theory, but I haven't had time to write new versions of the worksheets.
Over this next year maybe we can get a couple going for beta

@dougbergman I plan on doing some this year; maybe we can collaborate. I need to complete the ones I did for App Inventor so we can add them to the site.
