Update README files for POC release, with unify block and file #33

* FULL revisit of all the README files to be customer facing.
* Split the README file to generic and dedicated storage systems
* Add license, examples, and many goodies to the README so the project will be visible and clear to the
 customers.
* Simplify the ubiquity.service file, hardcoded config file which is good enough and simple the process in README file (and also shit it without User=[USER])
* Reviewed by Shay, Samuel, Dima, Dana, Amit, Mohamed and also approved by Samuel.
