Update build and test instructions #175

This patch updates the contribution guide to reflect the latest changes necessary to build and run the unit tests.

Hi Please cancel this PR since you did it directly to master branch - you should do it to dev branch first(this is the proper way for PRs).

but anyway please don't open PR right now since we are in a middle of GAing phase these days. so please hold back till we finish.

@shay-berman No problem, I intended to target dev - hit the button one too many times. :-)

I'll just resubmit and feel free to review/merge if you'd like. I was trying to build on ppc64le as a quick experiment and wanted to note the updates in the build process for others' awareness. Thanks!
