The Create the Project step within Create the notebook needs to add steps for adding a storage instance and spark instance as the current flow when creating a DSX account no longer creates the DSX-ObjectStorage and DSX-Spark services in the user's cloud account.

this is all changed with the new watson studio service, see latest readme
