Help and Tutorial sounds are broken #30

Sound for the Help menu and Tutorial don't work

NOTE that the identical code works in the Oculus Rift, just doesn't work in the vive. Music works in the Vive.

This seems to be only on my system. Perhaps a Vive Audio driver issue? Others do not reproduce this, so closing.
