.logs and .evfevent directory not created on first deploy so build fails #607

This causes the first build to fail

As noticed in the demo to OCEAN

When the project is created it should have the .logs and .evfevent directory and those should be deployed in order for the bob build to find it.

@ThePrez noticed this on his demo as well

Beware of .gitignore
