Flagging Changed Line

When in a cobol source file in idz/rdz you can do a right click and choose "Start Flagging Changed Lines" so changes appear as named flag at position 75. When changing allready flagged lines in idz it stays at position 75.

Description of the enhancement requested

• a possibility to do flagging in z open editor
• when a flag is allready there it should stay at position 75
