Thanks for this request. So far we were only thinking of files in your local workspace (that might come from a git repo) and MVS. We do have an enhancement open for using USS (via RSE, zOSMF, SSH etc). Other network locations is definitely another interesting use case would could look into.
We have about 10,000 copybooks, so we would like to have a shared repository on the LAN. Getting a copy of these to each developer would be unwieldy at best. For now we will map a drive letter (K:) and use that. I’m enjoying the editor. We are hoping to hook up with the systems people and get OSMF access to our z/OS files.

Description of the enhancement requested
I would like to be able to specify UNC paths to targets of COPY verbs in the Propertygroups SYSLIB specification. I avoid creating a bunch of drive letters to network locations. I've found using UNC names to be much more flexible.
