Remove the need for Docker for Linux #11

It should be possible to bundle everything inside the AppImage, and hence get rid of the requirement of Docker for Linux. Or am I missing something?

@probonopd We run Jupyter notebooks and RStudio including many data science packages within docker containers, hence the docker requirement.
