Created one or more tests for most exported util functions and made minor fixes to some of them. created tests for functions in the following files:

keychain-utils.js (minor fixes to the deleteAllCredentials and credentialsExist functions)
source-archive-utils.js
streams-toolkits-utils.js
streams-utils.js
