Links to Kafka documentation show Kafka 2.4 instead of Kafka 2.3 #199

The Links in the SPL documentation link to the Kafka 2.4 documentation. The toolkit contains kafka-clients-2.3.x, however and the links to the Producer properties, Consumer properties, and the like should go to the Kafka 2.3 documentation.
