Streaming analytics test should not stop the service. #120

It was unexpected for the tests to stop the service once they had run.
Either they should leave the service running or at least document the service will be stopped.
Stopping the service becomes an issue if the service is being used for tests from multiple projects, e.g in a Jenkins/CI setup.
