RTPExtract Operator Fails for some packets #6

I have seen the RTPExtract operator failing with "out of memory" errors caused by certain PCAP files.

This has been fixed by capturing negative indexing into an array, and is no longer a key topic for this repository since the operators are being moved to the network toolkit.
