Unrecognized command: "Morphological Filters" in line 357 #1

Hello,

I'm trying to use GIFT to quantify the diameter of fibers in immunofluorescence images. I have tried several different images, but I keep getting the following error:

Error: Unrecognized command: "Morphological Filters" in line 357: (called from line 213)

    run ( "Morphological Filters" , "operation=Erosion element=[Horizontal Line] radius=" + lineLength <)> ;

I appreciate any help you can give me.

GIFT uses some functions from other ImageJ plugins. It looks like the plugin MorphoLibJ might not be installed because thats what runs the Morphological Filters function.

All information, installation instructions and files for MorphoLibJ can be found at (https://github.com/ijpb/MorphoLibJ).

To install in ImageJ, simply click the link for the newest release, under the Installation heading (https://github.com/ijpb/MorphoLibJ/releases). Find and download the .jar file in the lists of Assets under the newest release listing. Put the .jar file in the Plugins folder under ImageJ (Imagej>Plugins) folder. Restart ImageJ.

To install in Fiji, use the Updater. Go to Help>Update… in the Fiji menu. Select Manage Update sites, and then check the box next to IJPB-plugins and hit close. Click Apply changes and restart Fiji.

Hopefully once the MorphoLibJ plugin is running GIFT will run smoothly, but let me know if its still not working. Hope this helps!
