• [ ] Start with literature reviews- find & aggregate publications on our topic and create summary/templates. Suggestion: divide papers, next meeting present papers to others (and have short summary) in order to divide the work

Follow up meeting summary with Bert & Harvey:

Important considerations:

Bert will not have a lot of time to guide us, and Harvey is extremely out of his comfort zone. This will be mostly an independent project with occasional input from both supervisor & co-supervisor should we have any questions. Do not expect daily guidance from either.

Brainstorming:

Some software inspiration: Tango, Rosetta General project idea: Patients vs in vitro have different aggregated protein structure, we know this is due to cofactors (old research) but do we know which ones? model which cofactors fit in structure (PDB codes available), Bert mentioned that we can already stipulate that cofactor must be negatively charged, but how can we determine stability? This may be possible, but how can we do this in a 'meaningful' way with results?
