Following the directives of supervisors, I changed the clustering visualization for pathways, by replacing the KMeans algorithm to an application of decentiles of FIs. Other than that, I reran the GO notebooks that had not run after identifying and removing the duplicates. This caused a change in the GO histogram plot, which can be seen in the slide I attached to Monday's presentation.
