Adapt `roots` location to adhere to the FHS #18

As we expect the contents of this directory to change during ongoing system operation, and according to the FHS, we should probably move the roots location to /var/lib/gebuilder/roots

/var/cache/gebuilder/roots may also be a viable alternative.
