Ink not synced (on-prem version) #610

1.Ink on a Sticky Note on a Surface Pro 2.Save the ink 3.Ink is not seen on other sticky notes.

Tested with 2.0.31 on Surface Pro and DELL

@mtg1986 does this happens every time or just once? Do you have a repo case? @corradocavalli can you make CB reload even on debug when signalr connection lost event is raised?

@gsantopaolo : It happend only once. I am afraid that we will not be able to reproduce this.

@mtg1986 so better to close and reopen if it happens again and we do have a pattern for that
