Ink on PDF does not Sync

1.Upload a PDF 2.Ink on the PDF 3.Save the PDF -->Ink is not synced.

Tested with 3.0.33 on Surface Pro and DELL Screen.

Tested with Surface Hub and with Surface Pro with 2.0.47. Not able to reproduce. Therefore closing the bug.
