Optional URL Field For Link To Event #5

Add an optional url field to the user input in case the event has a livestream link. Could be useful.

Thinking that this could be the "where" if the W's implementation works out.

The "description" field is more or less the same thing as "where" currently. the 5 W's implementation has not been realized yet.

I can see this not being necessary as it would fit in the description field. I would delete this issue outright, but for now I will leave it up.
