Improving the annotations of RiC-O components #13

The recommendations mentioned in issue #12 also specify that each class or property should have a rdfs:isDefinedBy property, as follows:

Which is very easy to add automatically using a script.

In addition to this change, I also suggest that, for any update made (whenever we change the specification of a component), we add a skos:changeNote that would record the type and date of the change. Just as it is specified here:https://www.w3.org/TR/swbp-skos-core-guide/#secdocumentation.

To be more accurate, I suggest we use the pattern presented here: https://www.w3.org/TR/swbp-skos-core-guide/#secdocnodestyle, which would result in something like that (fictitious), in a owl:Class element:
