Update cm classes definitions #17

As said in issue #8, updated the text definition and/or scope note of 33 classes (not 3 as said in the commit message), that correspond to RiC-CM entities or attributes, in order to make them compliant with RiC-CM v0.2. Added a skos:changeNote to every updated class. In addition to this, I have added a few owl:disjointWith properties. Updated the owl:versionInfo and owl:historyNote annotation properties. Removed a few duplicated definitions of SKOS annotation properties. Any other change only concerns line ends or the order of the properties in the specification of the components.

Github gives me 9 conflicts to resolve in the file. Am I doing wrong somewhere or are you locally working on a previous version of the file? Let's screenshare tomorrow.

I have resolved the conflicts, so that now you can merge into the next-version branch.
