changed the IRIs and definition of RecordResourceState class and the associated object properties; changed the domain or ranges and textual definitions of properties associated withLanguage, LegalStatus, ContentType, DocumentaryFormType; added new object properties for handling the description of some or all members of Record Set. Added the corresponding change notes. Checked everything.
