adjust namespace #31

Maybe this is just a typo, but I suggest using the same string for the namespace in the root element as for the ontology URI.

Closed as we have discussed the issue and consider that we can leave the IRI of the ontology as it is, without a #. Thanks @andreasnef! Hope you will nevertheless continue to contribute to the development process!
