Modularize RiC-O

The ontology file could be splitted into several files so tyhat it is easier to maintain and use.

Among the possibilities:

• the vocabularies on Record Set Types and Documentary Form Types (small for now) should be handled separately. This is a priority IMHO.
• the description of the ontology itself could also be handled separately
• we could also think of handling the Relation classes and their properties + the chainPropertyAxiom statements separately

This is what IMHO we could do when releasing RiC-O 1.0: provide, along with the single and complete OWL file that already exists, a set of files that would as a whole be equivalent to the first one:

• one for each of the two SKOS vocabularies that have just been started (Record Set Types and Documentary Form Types)
• one for the "core" of RiC-O (everything except the Relation classes, the object properties that rolify them or that have domain or range them, and the declaration of the property chain axioms for the corresponding shortcuts)
• one for such Relation components Later, we may need to split the ontology into several other files (if we translate all the metadata, labels and annotations to French and Spanish).

Sounds like an excellent plan to me, this splitting seems very natural!

Everything is now available in the version_1-0 branch. The modularized version is in a specific subfolder in current-version, along with a readme file which explains what it is, why it has been prepared, in which use cases it may be useful, while it is not the reference version for now and it is not recommended to use it. RiC-O 1.0 is almost finished; still one day work I think.
