Make RiC-O 1.0 compliant with RiC-CM 1.0 #45

This is one of the most important tasks of course. May concern classes, datatype properties and object properties, whose textual and/or formal definition may evolve, or new entities.

To be started when RiC-CM 1.0 is ready.

Any change will be documented using skos:changeNote + adding a line in the skos:historyNote property of the ontology.

This issue will most probably will related to several ones and result in several pull requests.

This includes, among a lot of other things, some significant work on the Date entities and properties (see #62)

This issue is now closed. The ontology is now compliant with RiC-CM 1.0 as concern Dates and their properties.

Everything is done there :-), so I am closing this issue
