According to RiC-O v0.1 and RiC-CM v0.2 preview, only Records and Record Parts can have a Documentary Form Type.
This is at least uneasy to apply to current, existing EAD finding aids, where any descriptive unit (archdesc or c) can have a genreform indexation element.
Besides, if you want to use some existing vocabularies on genre forms, they do not, for now, distinguish between what can be used for a Record, and what can be used for a Record Set. And archivists may not come quickly to a global consensus on some genre forms/concepts in this vocabularies. For example, is an "album" a Record Type or a Record Set Type? I am not sure that all archivists would answer the same.
EGAD is discussing other issues concerning, in RiC-CM v0.2, some properties/attributes of Record Set, versus properties/attributes of Record.
Of course, RiC-O will have to take the decisions made into account.
Anyway, back to Documentary Form Type, IMHO, RiC-O v0.2 or a later version should, either include a rico:RecordResourceType class and a property like rico:hasRecordResourceType (with domain rico:Record Resource), and/or change the domain of rico:hasDocumentaryFormType (to rico:RecordResource), and/or add new properties for RecordSet (e.g. rico:documentaryFormTypeOfSomeMembers) with range rico:DocumentaryFormType.

For now, I just want to open this issue.
