check and update the datatype properties and classes that correspond to RiC-CM 1.0 attributes

This is part of issue #45. We need:

to add: a MandateType under RuleType (corresponds to the new RiC-A44) class and the needed object properties
to add a RiCCMCorrespondingComponent to RuleType
to remove descriptiveNote and add generalDescription
to make scopeAndContent a subproperty of generalDescription
to rename integrity (-> integrityNote), physicalCharacteristics (->physicalCharacteristicsNote), qualityOfRepresentation (->qualityOfRepresentationNote)
as a consequence, see if we add a note property
to check the domain of a lot of the existing datatype properties (and discuss some cases which in CM 1.0 now have RecordResource as domain)
to update rdfs;comments, skos:scopeNotes and skos:examples of every datatype property

Everything there, once the few needed decisions made, can be done using a CSV file.
