Update the introduction to the ontology #76

i.e. the dcterms:abstract, and dcterms:description (which can be read in HTML here:https://www.ica.org/standards/RiC/RiC-O_v0-2.html#introduction)

The metadata, including the list of contributors, title, abstract, description (which serves as an introduction) have been updated. I am closing this issue (we may reopen it after we release RiC-O 1-0-beta).
