Most of the prose definitions and scope notes of RiC-CM v0.2 preview entities have been updated in order to build RiC-CM v0.2 full draft.

In RiC-O, in order to get a RiC-O v0.2 version, for each corresponding class, the rdfs:comment and skos:scopeNote annotations have to be updated the same.

Done (pull request #17). 33 classes whose definition and/or scope note have been changed. Includes classes corresponding to some CM attributes, e.g. Documentary Form Type.
