Updated the classes in order to make them compliant with RiC-CM 1.0 entities and attributes. In order to do this, updated or added many rdfs:comment and skos:scopeNote, taking into account, as concerns the Relation classes, the fact that they are n-ary. Created a new MandateType class, corresponding to RiC-A44 attribute in RiC-CM 1.0. Also added a rdfs:isDefinedBy to skos:Concept, skos:ConceptScheme and voaf:Vocabulary.
