Fix waiting time after loading screen closes - Pre-processing #338

Fix refreshing after loading screen closes. Currently, even after loading screen closes user has to wait for the plot to be displayed for the pre-processing tab.

Extend this to all plots, mainly volcanos

Ansatz: short term fix would be toasts, long term would be adjustment of waiter to account for any rendering. try long term first
