Multi-epsilon gradient-check

Hey,

i implemented a Gradient check for multiple epsilons. Some Notes:

This is my first C++ programming in a really long time thus probably many things are still not optimal. I commented a lot to say what i want to do, which i would remove when this drafts get approval.
There are currently two ways to call the function: 1. Without any epsilons and an integer, saying how many parameters one wants to check. In this case the epsilons are created as standard ones. 2. With a span/vector of ints indicating the parameter indices and a span/vector indicating the epsilons. I don't know if this corresponds with what is desireable so some feedback on that would be nice.
The output is currently like the output of the single epsilon gradient check with some features. It is still less than the gradient check in pypesto. If we want more output i can add that.

With compile you probably mean build? What is your error message?
