make "restart" button under video player do something #27

Describe the addition

The "Restart" button does not yet work, we should make it work.

Context

After clicking, original BSB says "Are you sure you want to restart from the beginning?" using a yes or no popup. Clicking OK reloads the page with user progress completely reset.

Proposed Solution

We can simply have the button reload the page without any user data. We should figure out whether we want to save that user data or dump it-- maybe integrate this choice into the dialogue box?
