Fix the autoapi link in side bar being with the examples #13

Fix the autoapi link in sidebar. This involved (after much futzing)

I also changed the header with a custom template for autoapi in source/_templates/autoapi but this wasn't needed in the end.

And I added more info to contribute.rst
