Update apt.txt #17

I need unzip to extract downloaded file for tutorial, but ended up using Python requests and zipfile modules. Probably a good idea to have these on hand for command line use.
Added emacs as well, maybe want to add other popular text editors (nano, pico), even if we are planning demos with Jupyterlab text editor.
