The text and font sizes are optimised for Desktop use. Could device-detect be used to restyle the presentation for small form factor devices such as phones and tablet?

It's supposed to be a responsive style sheet. that'll adapt to device characteristics. It comes from the college web team, it should work exactly as well as the college website does. Have to say, it looks just fine on my phone.
