PR description

Add an histogram range picker on the creation date filter and creation date widget (see #1041).

chore: upgrade to Murmur 3.9.3 with the new RangePicker componet
feat: add new ColumnRangePicker component
feat: use the ColumnRangePicker component in FilterDateRange
feat: use the ColumnRangePicker component in WidgetDocumentByCreationDate
